SEVERN TRENT WATER SERVICE INC  IN HOUSTON IS A TOTAL RIPOFF COMPANY, THEY SEND YOU WRONG BILL, CHARGE YOU ALL KIND OF SERVICE FEES AND OTHERS. AND EVEN YOU PAY THEM THEY TRY TO SEND YOU A DISCONNECTION NOTICE.
THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN
