So I ordered on 4/4/05 (I'm wrighting this 5/24/05) and I ordered with express shiping which was only suposed to take 2-3 days. Never even got shipped!!!! I have sent numerous emails and called and left numerous messages!!! No responce! They still havent sent my order.

Every time I call all there "customer service reps are busy". Even if you press 0 it wont go to an operator. And the audomated system says to listen to the options for they have changed but there are NO options!

I am now fileing fraud with my credit card company... This has been a total waste of my time!!! This company is total BS!

I have sent them more than 10 emails and I have left them more that 5 voice mails... No one contacts you back!!!!

It has been almost 2 months!

Ok I JUST recieved a reply email from Jeff Fabregas, Director of Operations at SexToySupersale, saying as follows:
Kelly,
It has just been brought to my attention that you have an order that was miss filed as already shipped when in fact it had not been I want to humbly apologize for this matter and let you know that I have ordered this shipped immediately. For your inconvience I have had the order shipped but have refunded the shipping costs for the delay. I would also like to offer you a 10% discount on any future order placed within the next 60 days. In the discount coupon box all you will have to do is put the code d968rpl and the order will automatically be recalculated with the discount in effect.
Once again, please accept my apology for this. I guess with the volume of business we do human error will occur occasionally.

It took me leaving them over 200 emails and over 100 voicemails for them to finally contact me back. I left in most of those messages the fact that I wanted a refund and NOT the product!!!! This order was ment for a friend and now I dont need it!
Also I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!
I will let you know If I recieve the package. I just recieved that email today (6/3/05) at 3pm.

Sounds like an old joke/scam

Anyone ever hear of rebate or refund checks coming from companies that put, shall we say "interesting" things in the memo fields of the check? Hoping that the consumer would be too embarassed to actually cash it? I've actually done this as a joke when paying off a bet, write the check to the person for $10 and in the memo field write down "For Glorious five-way sex" or something. Obviously, only done with friends to gauge the reaction and too see if they notice, and to hear the stories about what happened when they deposited it. Of course, they've gotten me back by putting some things in the memo field not fit for even internet printing.

Maybe this company, being an adult toy company thinks along the same lines, that people will be too embarassed to pursue them.

Ok so with in the last 3 days I have left them over 50 voice mail messages and no one ever calls me back. Representatives are always busy!!!!
I also sent them over 100 emails... I AM SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!!
