SGC LLC John Houston Floyd But uses aliases Took $2500 deposit and then never did work and will not give refund Troy Michigan

This man came to my home in October of 2016 and gave me an estimate on concrete work for my driveway. He wanted half down deposit and gave me a "deal" for a cash. I gave him a $2500 deposit and he was supposed to start work within 14 days. One excuse after another work never done, asked for a refund Dec 6, again one excuse and lie after another. I filed a police report and the police say hes done this to other people too. Hes got a criminal record .
His name is John Houston Floyd but other complaitns say he uses aliases. He can be found on the MI offender tracking website.
