Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This is a fraudulent company, I Googled and saw scamadviser.com listed them as highly questionable. Later that day, scamadviser.com listed them as trustworthy. I soon discovered that scamadviser itself is actually a scam. This, combined with the fact that Sgonek Biotech wants me to wire them money so badly over Western Union logically leads me to believe they're a fraud.

I am a current customer with Sgonek Biological Technology in Xian, China.
My experience with the company through the sales manager, Lindsay has been professional, timely and with courtesy.
Lindsay has responded to all my questions within a day and provided any and all documentations such as the COA and other certifications to validate their products.
In reading the complaint filed by a Tuscon, Arizona company I can understand the frustration but in my opinion would not categorize the experience as being fraudulent for requesting the method of money transfer. Conducting overseas transactions require valid means of transferring monies such as bank wire transfers, Western Union, PayPal or other payment services to protect both parties.
I did not experience any difficulties transferring the money to Sgonek for the products we ordered. In fact, even though the transaction slip was received and indicated that it would take at least 24 hours for the company to actually receive the funds, the company immediately began processing our order.
