Shaeron Virgina Brown Cook Sharon Cook, Sharon Van Kirk (multiple alias) ID theft, bnulgulary, grand thehft, con artist, drug delaer, human trafficking minors, cnovited pedofile around kids, Capay California

1. Shaeron Virginia Brown Cook also committed of Manslaughter a crime while driving on Hwy 99 while on illegal drugs and drinking killed a mother and her two children. Cook went to Enloe hospital records department where Cook had been encouraging and vooing the Enloe Hospital employee, Black female who worked there to get her records to give other or alter her Enloe Hospital records to show she did not have drugs or alcohol in her system.  Dr. Dennis Westphal was the emergency room doctor on duty. The employee declined Cook request. Cook kept visiting her at Enloe hospital to try to persuade her to falsifying her crash medical records so Cook would not be persecuted and go back to jail. Since Cook has a long, extensive felony record of prison and jail from Chicgao, Watts, Compton, LA, and Oakridge Oregon, where her lover pedofile Steven Lee Van Kirk is from. Cook continued to give her free food from Wasney’s BBQ where she worked and her pedophile lovers Steven Lee Van Kirk owned.

2. Shaeron Virginia Brown Cook also with her best friend Marshelle Hill King continued to harass, taunted and make verbal death threats to me (Tracy Green) at CBS KHSL-TV, channel 12, Dino Corbin, the then General Manager and I called Chico PD and they came to the TV station and I filed a formal criminal complaint with Dino Corbin present.. To date Chico PD officer or their department would not give me a copy of my complaint as Chico PD  promised me at out meeting in-house, nor have they criminally investigate the death threats and the case.

3. Marshall Hill King was a then employee of PGE company in Chico, where Marshelle Hill King illegally and gained access to my physical address from their PG&E computers at the PG&E office, where she worked,  (I do not pay my PGE bill in person, I mailed it in.) Hill-King and Cook stated an evil campaign to call my job and harass me with their gang member and drug friends harassing and bullying me at work. When I left CBS and started work for Tyme-Maidu Tribe Berry Creek Rancheria, Cook and Marshelle continued to call me at work, all day long with their families harassing and making more death threats. They slashed the tires of my car, put a dead bloody skunk in my car, and did other harassment and physical acts oat my home. This went on for years with no investigations thereof by law enforcement.

4. Renetta Kinsey Tate also continued with the harassment and making physical damage to my car also. I field a restraining order against Renetta and eh family and they broke it multiple times with no help from Oroville PD for my minor children and me. They are all close associates and know each other, Cook, Marcehlle, Abel’s, and King families. They have harassed others, including John Lozensky, my plumber and her wife, Christina Campbell and their families.

5. Mr. Jim Moore, PG&E Criminal investigator came to (after he completed his thorough investigation)  CBS Channel12 KHSL-TV when I  worked there after I filed a formal complaint with PG&E investigated Shaeron Virginia Brown Cook and Marshelle Hill King.  Found them both guilty. They sated “Cook was the one stirring the pot and Marshelle Hill King was unstable, hostile, had a violent volatile temper, and harassing others.  Jim Moore sated Marshelle King when he interviewed her even raised her voice at me," until I corrected her and told her how serious this matter was. They uncovered a lot and Chico PD did not speak with the when I asked them to gather more data on Cook and King and their multiple crimes. Cook and King sold drugs together and other illegal acts.

6. Cook also cut the telephone lines seven (7) times on the house I rented form them at 1017 Pomona Avenue, Chico, CA. I field complaint with Pac Bell but they never followed up on the criminal complaint.  I just left a ton of telephone messages with no reply from them at all. Their supervisor came out, w worked on Morrow Lane in Chico, and stated he” had a worse story than mine. I rented a house at 26 Turnbridge, in Chico, CA for years that Cook did to own, Cook got a rental lease from stationary store, changed locks on the property Cook and Van Kirk did not own, and stared renting out the house and collecting rent. When the house was finally sold after 3 years, the real estate broker cameo out to show the home to new owners and found the locks were illegally changed by Cook and Van Kirk. He called police and they asked Pac Bell manager to move out and out his family on the streets with nowhere to go. Pac Bell manager was out of town on Pac Bell business and had to come back to Chico to put his family, wife and several small children in a hotel to figure where to live and what to do. These crimes were never pursued or investigated by law enforcement or District Attorney’s office in Butte County nor were they corrected by any law enforcement agencies.”

I am formally requesting criminal prosecution and a full investigation of these matters. They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
