Shamrock Towing, Inc. These people lied to me and my mother 3 times and personally insulted me in order to keep the upper hand and get my money regardless of the correct protocol I followed in order to peacefully get my truck truck unstuck without being in anyone's way. Westerville Ohio

This company is run by assholes who will lie and avoid the truth at all cost just to get their money.
I have a small Dodge Dakota that does not do well in snow or ice and when I was attempting to LEGALLY park in my complex's parking lot last night it got stuck on ice on an incline and literally slid into another complex's lot while I was inside writing a note to put on the windshield.

Realizing that there was no hope of driving my truck off this lot while the ice was still present, I called Shamrock Towing to tell them what had happened, and that I planned to move it when the sun came up and the ice melts.
The lady I talked to actually seemed nice, she got my full name, phone number, and type of car, and told me that I should be fine as long as I wasn't blocking anyone in that would call to have my truck moved (There was NO ONE that would call, and no one that actually called them). She told me that if they were going to tow my truck they would call me and give me a chance to move it or pay the $75 to have them pull me out.

When I woke this morning to move it, the truck had been towed. I called them to ask why nothing the girl promised me was upheld and what I was now supposed to do since they had my car. The man I talked to offered no help and said there was no note about calling me before taking the truck. It wasn't until my mother took the liberty of calling them that they admitted to receiving the note from the lady last night and offered to release the truck at half-price. Also while on the phone they said the owner was not there, which was a lie because as I found out later, the man I talked to before my mother called WAS the owner, they deliberately lied to me about getting the note from the lady last night and deliberately lied to my mother about the owner being there.
They obviously had the upper hand, I needed my truck and they wanted my money. I paid the $73 to get my truck, drove it home, and decided to call them and see when the owner would be in (At this point I was under the assumption the owner wasn't there due to what my mother told me). They immediately gave the phone to the owner , and that's when I realized it was the same guy I talked to this morning. I called him out on his lies and he said the lady last night said I was going to move the truck within 2 hours. ANOTHER LIE, I couldn't move it in two hours and I wouldn't have told the lady I would if I couldn't! Believe me, I was less than 10 feet from a legal parking spot, if I could have moved the truck I would have.

The conversation with the owner ended with him being very immature and defending his lies to save his name, not to mention this direct quote from him "I'm sorry you can't drive and slid your truck into an illegal parking lot"
