Needed to get my diamond ring repaired.
When Shane Company quoted me $200 for a simple repair, I knew their prices were way out of line. Went to two other jewelers, and both estimates were much lower.
In fact, Wilson Brothers Jewelers on Marietta Square, charged me $46 for the same repair work that Shane Company in Kennesaw GA was going to fleece me $200 for.
Shane Company and their arrogant know-it-all employees are living in some alternate reality, when it comes to jewelery repair prices. No wonder Shane has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Are you really filing a complaint because Shane Co quoted you a higher cost for jewelry repair than a competator? When your transmission fails in your BMW, are you going to go with the cheapest quote from "ACME TRANSMISSIONS" and file a complaint that the BMW dealer quoted you a higher cost of repair?
There must be a reason why your complaint is the ONLY complaint for Shane Company on ripoff report. I'm sorry that their cost of business for jewelry repair is higher than you see fit, however your complaint holds no bearing negativity or wrongdoing for the company whatsoever.
