I purchased shoes from this seller and they sent me the wrong size, their to small.  I purchased a size US 11 and they are no bigger then a size 10.  I have an older pair  of the same style and I put the two next to each other and you can see that the pair they sent me is a size smaller then my old pair of the same style. 

I sent them an email explaining that they sent me the wrong size and waited a few weeks for a response, but never received one from them.  Also, it took weeks for my order to arrive from them, but I sent them an email asking where my order was and they did respond, saying" that it is with US customs, and I should receive them in a few days, which eventually I did.
