i ordered a customized jets jersey from this company and when i finally received it in the mail, way longer than the site said it would take, it was a completely disaster. the jersey had 3 different shades of green all over it. it had the eagles jade for the letters and numbers. the sewing wasnt even finished or cleaned up. also the jets logo patch was so poorly made it looked like a 3 year old could have done better. green stiching was sewen into the white where is was not suppose to be. it was such an awful jersey i would not even let my dog wear it.

so when i contacted the company for a refund they said they do no take back custom jerseys. that was fine but i was not paying anything for something so terrible when it was supposively 100% authentic and this jersey was nothing even close. The company finally said if i paid to send the jersey back that thwy would only give me 70% of my money. 70%???? the product is such a piece of garbage why should i pay anything. especially when i am paying to send it back? The company agreed to pay me back my extra shipping because it came so late and agreed to take care of all shipping and handling charges? so after all my agrivation why should they keep 30%?

I have never seen such a piss poor product in my life. Also I have never had such swindlers want to keep my money for a product that obviously no emplyee checked or looked at even while they were attempting to sew. so managment check and no supervision. complete lack of pride and business ethics.


beware and never order anything from these false adversizing people.
