I have been Bank of America for decades and I was verified and qualified for a promotion and was going to be approved then without explanation ripped off not approved when I have excellent credit. When speaking to a rep Shania Burns, she was making odd unprofessional conversation and thought she was mentally unbalanced. I found her Facebook page open confirming my suspicions seeing her post she has a personality discorded. Pronuced her name as KIL YOR-Salf. How does Bank of America not see the red flags the people they hire?
