Shannon Antor of Sparta Michigan, runs a so-called out of home aviary named / Parrots in Motion. On her wonderful website she claims to breed about a dozen large species. Her home is 800 sq ft, with a 100 sq ft enclosed porch and an 800 sq ft Michigan basement that she poured concrete into to make a floor.

When people visit her NO birds are upstairs so ALL these Dozens of Large species must be housed downstairs, so How exactly do you house Dozens of large species (breeding pairs of Macaws no less...lol) all in 800 sq ft, wait theres also room for a laundry room down there too....lol

Needless to say SHE HAS NO BREEDER PAIRS OF LARGE MACAWS
She does have dozens of small birds, lovebirds, parrotletts and tiels.

SO THE NUMBER ONE LIES SHE TELLS, I'M A HUGE AVIARY BREEDING LOTS OF SPECIES.....LIE

BTW- you can read for yourself where below she states anyone can visit her birds and aviary and see for themselves these things said about her are all lies, but when asked by several people to do just that, to inspect her bird and basement where she claims birds are kept she backs out if it for one reason or another....lol

Next- She sells birds SICK, so sick in most cases that the birds die shortly after they arrive to their new owners.

Sold a pair of infected with Polyoma Eclectus to a lady in Florida, Sold another Pair of Aspergillious Birds to another in Florida.
Sold a baby (unweaned)Macaw, sent it with it's beak sheared off, and a crop infection so bad the bird smelled.

She claims she has an Avian Vet and will provide you with Health Certificates for the birds you are buying. She then sends you a copy of a PUPPY health certificate filled out at the botttom to say the bird appeard healthy at her home....NO VET has signed this.
She uses a traveling avian vet who sexes birds but she does not have a local Avian vet that she has used that she can produce records from in her name.
She can show you vet records from birds she has had others take in to their vets because she claimed she had no money to take them on her own or was to upset to take them.

She begs people to allow her to have free birds or begs down the price of birds for sale claiming they will be beloved family pets. And they are then SOLD within days for profit.

She contacts people begging for pets for her daughter, and yes she has a daughter, a daughter she uses to her advantage quite well.

When kicked out of her BOYFRIENDS home(no Shannon Antors does not own property, nor is she married to the person she lives with) She told friends she would be back in the home in no time because she would threaten her Boyfriend with false chargers of sexual abuse of her child if her did not allow her back in.

Funny after a few hours and a phone call she was back in the home, did she actually threaten those charges, who knows but seems funny you tell someone you'll do that and then your back in the house hours later.

shannon any clearing up your so-called mother could post would be of no help...I have contacted several people and asked to have fern email me stateing only one thing "that she gave you that bird to do with as you pleased" as soon as I get that email I will personally tell everyone involved int he courtney story that it was verified and this story in not a lie on your behalf...I have asked for that to happen ...and as soon as word gets to fern and she just send one line of text to me not even an explanation just one line of text....yes I did give her the bird...I swear I will do all I can to make sure this would be cleared ...but only if fern herself emails me....if you want to make sure she gets this send it to her yourself and ask her to email me.

I did contact her to purchase the Orange-wing Amazon. But, I did not contact her to turn around and broker the bird. On 2/8/06 Glossyeyed2 (this is not my email address) contacted her wanting to purchase the bird for his wife at that time. I have known this person for many years. His wife at that, time lived in Portland and still resides there, but they have since divorced. The phone number of 616-262-9091 is my boyfriends personal phone and I was allowed to use it, because my phone had a dead battery. I do not think that there is any ill doing in using someones phone to make a call. Hasnt everyone borrowed someones phone once in their life to make a call, where it is a cell phone or a land line?

As for the advertising on many sites: the internet is for this use. There are multiple sale sites for people to advertise on and this is not illegal or it would not be allowed and the sites would not be accessible. Yes, I was purchasing and selling bearded dragons and snakes. Is this illegal????? I have at times taken in animals that people can not keep due to circumstances of which it doesnt matter. These animals needed to have a home, and if I could find someone to take them in and love and care for them, then to me that was a good thing. If I had charged a fee for the animal, it would have been for caring, feeding, and any vet bills which may or may not have been encountered depending on the animal.

All in all, in Frans statements, ask yourself if there has been any illegally wrong or immoral transaction on my part.

2: Ellswith, Jackson, Michigan

I did post the items stated for sale. I did not bark, Come on in and my daughter did not recognize the person at the door and was leery to allow her in.

She did not have the correct amount of money for the purchase. So I did send my daughter downstairs to collect some money out of my clothes in the laundry room, which I had forgotten to take out before washing. I had informed her on the phone that one of the birds had a shut eyelid. It had never opened to my knowledge. To me Cockatiels make whistling or singing noises. Especially, males in or during their mating season. I do not understand, why she thinks she was defrauded. She got what she asked for and was not misinformed.

3: Darlene from Florida.

I purchased the female Vos Eclectus from a breeder in Maryland, a few weeks later another breeder purchased her from me to pair up with his male. He had them paired for a few months and when they were not breeding for him he posted them online, on a few sites, stating they were a breeding pair that he had them paired up for a few months. I also allowed this breeder to use my Paypal to receive his funds for the purchase of his pair of Eclectuss. Maybe I am just to trusting and easy where other people are involved. I had also spoken to Darlene on numerous occasions regarding this matter. She had told me on the phone that her avian vet had informed her that this Vos Eclectus had, had this disease her entire life. Darlene told me that she was going to sue the breeder in Maryland, due to the information her avian vet had given her.

Since this incident, I have had 4 birds out of my flock, checked by an avian vet, and all of them have come back perfectly healthy. This was a learning experience for me and I do have those certificates.

4: Holly in Grand Haven, Michigan

I did contact her to purchase a Senegal. I do not understand why this is a big deal. Regarding the Chihuahua puppy request; I did give her a Chihuahua puppy from a friend of mine. It did not have papers. I was only going on the information from my friend regarding this puppy. I traded this puppy with Holly under good intention. She ended up contacting me later to get the male dachshund back, due her husband Dave requesting him back because he loved him so. Would I have given this animal back if I did not care about any animals and who loved them. Really now!!!!!

Regarding the congo baby; Holly contacted me wanting a congo baby. She stated she had stainless steel breeder cages she had purchased from Meijers. She wanted to trade even up, the cages for the baby. I at the time worked for a bird store, which I had worked in for 3 months. The agreement was for them to pay me. This agreement was made by both owners in front of my family at my home. I worked in this establishment for approx. 3 months from open to close with only receiving $50.00 Dollars for gas. I cleaned cages, washed floors, fed and water all animals and even helped them get puppies to supply their store, due to the fact that they had lost their vehicles, due to other circumstances. I cared about the animals in this store and the owners did not even take the time to check in on me or the animals. It was only when I sold something and had money for them that they wanted to hear from me. Now, these owners had a 9 month old closed banded baby Congo grey, that they told me I could offer her for the cages. I Shannon Antor, offered to deliver the Congo baby to Holly. Owners had no transportation other than USING ME. This refers to the original website post regarding my name. When arriving at Hollys home, I opened the crate, Holly stated that the Congos eyes were not that of a babies eyes and informed me to leave she was not interested in the trade. And this is the end of this story.

5: Sandy From Florida

I did have a pair of Blue Headed Pionus that I did offer her, that I purchased from a breeder in MD, same as stated above, which were sold to me as proven. Also I did ask her if she knew anyone with a metal nest box for a pair of macaws as at the time I needed a box for a recently purchased pair of B&G Macaws. She said she did and added the box into the equation of the purchase price I offered her for the pair of Pionus. We agreed to a price and she sent me the box and a money order in the mail, and I sent her the pair of Pionus via Delta. I did not as she states receive a phone call from a friend of hers, who she states talked to me about the pair, nor did I hear from her right after the trade. She then months later posted that one of the birds I sold her died. I contacted her regarding the postings and asked what happened and if she could send me anything and she said all the paperwork from the vet: (Blood work, Vetting) was hers to keep and was not for anyone else. She could have made copies and kept the originals and sent me copies for proof. I would have then tried to make things right, but without proof, I cant do anything. I am not a dishonest person. I have had a few friends contact her after her posting of the death, wanting proof of the death, and that she paid for the blood work and was entitled to that information, but if she had a problem with me why would she not make copies and send them to others or even myself????? I think that this is all gossip between a bunch of clucking hens who have nothing better to do than slander people. Do they not have something to better occupy their time with or are they jealous?????

To better sum this up, anyone is welcome to appear at my doorstep and visually see for themselves that my home and animals are very well taken care of. I have in fact learned from some of my past experiences and will not trust people anymore. I can only state that any conversations that I have with people/breeders will have to be backed up with paperwork.

Animal Control did appear in my home and aviary and as soon as he stepped into my home he laughed and was ready to turn around and leave, laughing at the complaint that was submitted. At that time, I aggressively asked him to please take a tour of my residence and physically see all of my animals and their living quarters. This Animal Control officer whom appeared at my residence, owns a Congo African Grey himself and know how they throw their food and how messy they can be, and was very shocked at how clean my aviary was and the status of my cages. This man also stayed longer just to have a conversation about birds.
Now, if any of you would like to contact the Animal Control, I will give permission for them to release their information on the findings of my home.

I do not have any association with any person who houses birds in their garage. Also, I do not work for anyone else. I have never stolen a bird from anyone. If these allocations are true, why am I not in jail, where are the police reports and the proof.

Yes, I do belong to the bird club called G.L.A.S.. So what?????

I know Shannon Antor very well and I know that she is nothing as described. Alex has lied and scammed others into believing the B.S. she types out and posts every where. I can hardly believe that Alex has worked for Shannon and doesn't even know anything about the aviary.

I have been in the aviary and seen the birds. She does have large breeding pairs. When you walk into the house, you can hear the doves, and if you are there at the right time you can hear the larger birds as well.

Maybe Alex needs to drop what ever grug she has against Shannon and go on with her life. I really wonder why someone/Alex is basically stalking Shannon.

As I have said many times before and will continue to say, Shannon Antor is the victim. She is a very kind individual and takes amazing care of her animals. I really don't think anything in the report written by Alex is true. In fact, I know that none of the things written are even a fraction of the truth. Alex has twisted statements and lies to make Shannon sound like a monster.

Shannon is not stating the truth, I witnessed the letter sent to Alex by Shannon's attorney and it is not a cease and desist ORDER. It is a letter requesting an apology to Shannon and stating unless this happened further action would be advised.
However this is neither here nor there, Shannon has made false statements she is claiming the officers said and they did not.
Also recently this was forwarded to me, by a party of interest.

I'm sure it will shed some light on the true nature of the beast.

On December 31st, 2006, I flew four (4) Macaws to Shannon Antor in trade for 1 Congo African Grey, 1 Green Winged Macaw, a pair of Parrotlets and a pair of Eclectus.

I have received the Congo African Grey and the Green Winged Macaw. She just sent the Parrotlets to me (a year after the agreement was made) and the Parrotlets are not the type that were agreed upon in our transaction. I was to receive a Blue Female Parrotlet and this bird was not sent to me. She stated to me in email that the Blue Female died the month prior, yet she did not tell me this until after she sent the Parrotlets to me. I have not received the Pair of Eclectus yet and even though many people have sent her information about breeders that are selling Eclectus, she has made no attempt to contact them.

I spoke to her Uncle on the phone, Sheriff Mike ----, of Newaygo County. He stated to me that Shannon is a con, a liar, pulls online scams and he will not claim her as his niece. Sheriff Mercer can be contacted at ----------.

I also contacted the Kent County Sheriff's Department and they replied telling me that this is a civil case. Nothing they can do about it. Yet, she has sold the Macaws that I sent to her, so there is no way for me to get them back from her. I have asked her many times through email to send them back and she never responds to my query. Would this not be considered theft by deception?

Shannon told me that she had DNA tests done on the birds and that one of them was a male, not a female. I offered to remove the Parrotlets from the transaction if she sent the DNA report to me from Avian Biotech. I asked her to give permission to Avian Biotech to send the results to me. She eventually told me that it was none of my business and kept the Parrotlets as part of the transaction. This was only one of the obvious lies she has presented me with-in the past year. There are so many that I couldn't begin to list them all. I will if needed, as I have every email she has sent to me during the past year of me waiting for the Parrotlets and Eclectus.

The biggest lie she has told people is that the reason I sent the birds to her was because I could not afford bird seed for them and they were kept in a garage. Yes, the Macaws were kept in our garage. She failed to mention that we only kept the Macaws in the garage during the winter and kept it heated at a constant 75 degrees. These Macaws were fed healthy macaw seed, pellets, fruits and vegetables twice a day. I took great offense to her saying this about my birds!

I hope something is done about the way Shannon Antor deals with selling or trading birds. Obviously, my concerns are that she is doing this to other people.

MY RESPONSE: THE DEPTY SHERIFF JASON EVANS AT KENT COUNTY, MI. OFFICER KIMBROUGH WAS THE SECOND REPORTING OFFICER WHO CALLED HER ON THE PHONE USING MY CELL PHONE AND SPOKE TO HER FOR 41 MINUTES TELLING HER TO STOP AND INCLUDED IN THE TALKING TO HER TO STOP POSTING THE LIES, AND THAT HER REPORTING TO THE LOCAL ANIMAL CONTROL WITH FALSE REPORTS WAS A FELONY, AS HER POSTINGS OF NEGLECT AND CRUELTY ARE NOT TRUE.

THE KENT COUNTY PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS OFFICE WILL BE GETTING THE REPORTS SOON, AS PAPERWORK AT THE COURTS TAKE A WHILE, AND WILL BE GIVEN TO THE JUDGE WHEN ALL IS COMPLETE. IT IS A LONG PROCESS THAT JUST TAKES TIME.--KENT COUNTY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S OFFICE #616-632-6710. I CALLED THEM LAST NIGHT AND THE CLERK SAYS SHE DOESN'T SEE THE REPORTS YET.

AND ALL MY PUPS WENT TO FAMILIES. I NEVER SOLD TO A PET STORE ANY OF MY PUPS- NOW PARROTS-YES, I SELL MY BABY PARROTS (BIRDS) TO PET STORES. I DID TELL "PAULA" SINCE YOU POSTED HER NAME INTO ALL OF THIS AGAIN, THAT I WOULD SELL PUPS TO THEM WITH THE NEW REGISTERED LITTER I HAVE UP COMING. AS MY REGISTERED FEMALE IS DUE ON FEB. 4TH. THE NEW PET STORE I SUPPLY IS A SMALL FAMILY OWNED PET STORE AND I GO THERE FREQUENTLY AND THE OWNER AND CO OWNERS COME TO MY HOME.

TO BASH ME ONLINE, THAT IF SHE KNEW I WAS DOING ANYTHING WRONG-WITH HER BEING PART OF RESCUE IN THIS STATE AND BEING KNOWN SO WIDELY WITH ANIMAL CONTROL, AND RESCUES LOCALLY, THAT SHE WOULD COME TO MY DOOR WITH VAL.

Shannon is emailing and calling her dearest friends telling them she has a cease and desist order against me. SHE DOES NOT. she is also telling them I emailed her saying I was watching her kid or some silly sh*. LOL

My name is Shannon Antor, DBA Parrots In Motion.

Over the past few months, since June 2007, I have been harassed, slandered, and stalked by many people due to lies and postings that originated from Alexis Leann Vian of Little Wings Aviary-Vian Kennels, In Onondaga, MI.

I did hire an attorney, Kirk Anderson, of Powers Chapman in Taylor Michigan to serve her with a cease and desist order as I had already gone above and beyond what I needed to do ethically and did send in proof of all her postings being lies to the prosecutor, and to her, and to the judge. Alexis did not stop, as she was given , by my attorney 21 days to cease and desist and retract as Dec. 10th 2007 was the last day in the order for her to retract all postings and all lies off from the internet.

Alexis did hack into my Yahoo! account twice.

Alexis as of Dec. 28th 2007, sent me threats on my life and that of my 10 year old daughter. Now the local sheriff's dept.-Kent County- was contacted due to this new charge, and was called to my home yesterday (Jan. 2nd 2008, to file charges of stalking against her. The report number is 360-08. the Kent County Sheriffs Dept. # is 616-632-6181 and it was Officer Jason Evans that took the report and gave me the Victim Statement form to fill out for the prosecutor to have a warrant issued for her arrest for the stalking.

The threatening emails entailed her stating she knows when my daughter gets on the bus in the morning and so on, and she eats at a diner just down the road from me on a weekly basis, and then stated in quotation (I BET YOU DIDN'T KNOW THAT) LOL) mind you she lives an hour and a half away from me-also what she state-as I have never met her nor been to her home...those are just a couple of the threat statements she sent me. The emails and phone calls are logged in the report as the officer took copies, and is going to contact my phone company over the phone calls...

At this point the reason I am writing you and giving out info so loosely is that I would like Every one including RIP OFF REPORT to know what is going on to know this isn't funny nor is this NOT SERIOUS.

I will be writing up a full rebuttal soon ..this is just in short, so people can see the lies,.
