I'm unsure who made the orginal report of Shannon Grove here on this page; whomever it was may want to do a bit more research, exspecailly when it pretains to criminal charges.
Per the Wisconsin courts online search and verifcation from the clerk of courts, there is NO animal cruelty charges in the Wisconsin data base. Here is the link to verify this information: https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseSearchResults.html
The orgianl post is nothing more than false informtion posted from the founder and the members of the American Canine Regisrty (ACR) and the Harlequin Pinscher Association (HPA). Which in truth, those two companies should take a look at their own legal issues; Operating with a revoked LLC license with-in the state of Arkansas.
