If you deal with this company please do not leave a deposit, thinking you will get it back. They will tell you that you will get it back if something happens and you change your mind but you won't. They will promise you anything to get you to buy a car from them but when something goes wrong, they don't want to hear it. They are kind and treat you wonderfuly until you sign the papers. That refundable deposit that you put down is not refundable.

My daughter went on Friday to get a car, the paperwork was done and she was ready to take it, the man told her that she wouldn't be able to because something was wrong with the insurance and it couldn't be just transferred. She asked for her down payment back since she wasn't able to take the car, he said to leave it so they wouldn't sell the car and if something was wrong and she was unable to get the insurance she would get her money back. It turned out that since my husband had passed away, the insurance would have to be in her name and not his and her, so the price was going to go way up, more than she could afford. She called and the manager said she would get her money to talk to the salesman, she did and he said it wasn't refundable.

I called and tried to talk to the manager and he changed and said it wasn't refundable and he had nothing to do with it, it was up to the salesman and that was their policy.

I feel so bad for her, she's young and it was all the money she had that she used to put down. I should have warned her, it wasn't the first dealing with this company that I had. Unfortunately at one time my husband had bought a car from them and that one was another nightmare. One thing after another wrong with it. They give you a warranty and then keep putting you off on fixing it until the warranty is expired.

I'm sure that some may have had good experience with this company but please be careful if you go through them, get everything in writing and hold on to the paperwork. Don't take their word on anything and question them on things until you are satisfied with the answers.
