I'm in Memphis and I was duped also...My Boyfriend and I were looking for a place to move and we saw ads for Creative Living Solutions, CLS as a third party leasing company...I place an online inquiry and Chrisheena called me back the next day, she mailed me a lease and everything...I met with Ginger to give her my deposit...Over the course of dealing with CLS, i was lied to and given the run around by the following employees, Rex, Andrea, Chrisheena and Ginger...I hear now that Ginger is claiming innocence...that's hogwash, she not only took my deposit money, but also the money of people i referred to her...I am so GLAD that they are now caught!!!

Well Keisha and to whom ever else reviews this information. I was never an employee like some of you have been posting; i was just a consumer. I learned about this site just last week; never knew about a ripoff anything until last Friday. I had forgotten all about the supposed company IWS in Atlanta GA, but when i saw a report on the company, i just had to read what was said about this. Honestly, i knew it was a scam sooner or later, but i thought before i knew that i was the only one who was hurt by this ordeal. Just now discovering that this sister along with her side crew has other companies. This has just went too far. I've done what i can do and i what i was told to do about this lady. I have nothing to hide. I just want to make that known. I'm a single mother of 1, and this thing really put me in a terrible state to trust; i gave up $85.00 for a headset that retailed at $4.00. Was i stupid or what? DOn't answer that because everyone who was affected was stupid of some sort, but you live and you learn. I learned about Chrisheena Mcgee through a source who knows of her some what criminal history in Baton Rouge. THey did what they had to do to locater her, and i applaud them for that because most people are scared to reveal their names and what they are, but you are what you are; i can't show you paper work and all, but if you know her judges name and all that access stuff that i didn't know then you know more than i do. So that's the proof. Hope everyone can learn from this, and just move on.

Christina Watkins, who we later learned was Chrisheena Mcgee went on leading us to wealthdom and believe me we worked very hard. Sme of you lost there homes, some there cars, some have relocated, some are just out of money....Yes...we triumphed in the end....She is definitely incarcerated in the Baton Rouge Parrish Prison. Is being held on just a 25K bond, but if everyone calls the courts and report there abuse from her she can be denied bond! It was all of us on this report who worked diligently to see justice prevail. Don't stop there. Ginger Lay is now turning tail on Miss Chris and claiming she is a victim. Well, people she has ruin off with monies from alot of you and or your clients. Yes the scam traveled over to small businesses who offered services to there clients. Ginger Lay went back home to Memphis and duped many businesses into putting up 5 to 10k a piece with the intent on scaming them. She has been calling you all claiming her innocence, but there are many who have been duped by Ms. Lay. Who she personally came to meet and get deposits for both deposits for phones and or apartments. She can try to claim innocent on the TP wireless scam, but how, when she was also there, took money and ran away to Charlotte with your money from Creative Living Solutions. Especially those of you who are homeless now and cannot even save up money to get a new apartment. Call the Memphis Police or whatever city you are in...call the local police and also call to Baton Rouge, LA and report her. Let your voice be heard! No, you will probably not get a refund, but you can stop them from the next scam!(which we just learned was a tax scheme, another wireless scam...and who knows how many more. The next scam was supposed to be called Unlimited Wireless.

The FBI, The News, and many irrate victims have gotten us this far...now do your duty and finish it!

WBRZ the Advocate News in Baton Rouge has no knowledge of her arrest. It was stated on a yahoo board that she has a court date in December in Baton Rouge, but knowledge of her arrest...

Can Nakia or someone please provide some sort of evidence that she has been arrested. If she has, that's wonderful, but what proof do you have???
