Shark Ninja Shark Ninja Food Processor Blender dont give you recipes they advertise Washington

Purchased the Ninja 1100 series because customer ratings were high.  Liked that I could make ice cream simply and a v-8 style juice etc.  Only to discover, upon receiving the product, that the recipe book it comes with does not contain many of the recipes shown on the commercial and advertised to come with the machine.  After 3 or 4 calls to the company (who processes calls overseas, you will never get one that doesn't have an accent) I was told rather rudely that I was the only one complaining and they just don't have those recipes and they can't do anything about it.  I attempted to talk to a supervisor but no one there has any idea about anything here in America.  They are not familiar with false advertising laws so threats don't work either.  There is no way that I have been able to find to speak to anyone in the US regarding these problems.  Maybe there are others that would like to start a class action against shark for false advertising.
