Sharp's Automotive Lies & Deception Seattle Washington

I hired on with Sharp's Automotive with the understanding that I would be paid on the 5th and 20th of each month. When my first pay check on the 20th came around, at the end of the day, I asked for my paycheck. I was given the check; but asked how long does it take for the transfer from my bank to her bank. Like most banks I said most likely 24 hrs or at 12.00AM. She got frustrated and worried and asked if I could wait to cash it. I said OK!; but the way she made it sound to me was that she was already going to transfer the monies into the bank.

Monday came around and I asked her is she got the problem solved so I could cash my check and then she said that she had to wait for the checks to arrive by mail from her fleet customers. What kind of business would hire on someone they know they can't pay on time when they said every 5th and 20th of the month? I quit after that she deceived me like that. Now she has pulled it off again for my final paycheck that was to be paid on the 5th of April, 2009. It is now April 13th, 2009 and I keep getting excuses why she can't pay me yet. I doubt very highly she will so I decided to warn anyone that might come across this report that it would be wise to work for someone that does what they say they will do when it comes to pay check times. Her and her Husband run the shop. I'll be reporting this to L&I next and then take her to small claims court. I can't believe how rotten some people can be on this earth.
