Shaun Nixon Adam Mason Tried to get me to send money via Western Union for KISS concert tickets Hamilton, Ontario Canada

On July 23,2011 I saw an ad on Craigslist for KISS concert tickets at the upcoming Casino Rama show July 26, 2011.  There were 4 tickets (floor seats) and to make an offer.  I responded and offered $300 for two.  I immediately got the following response, which is the same one I've read in other people's reports on here..only difference is the name he's using and the address.

My name is Adam. I still have tickets. I would like to offer the following payment options to you for these tickets because I am not in the city. Me and my Wife & Daughters are unable to make it due to our work schedules.

I will be using FedEx overnight express to send you the tickets, there is no extra charge for this I will also send you a valid tracking confirmation once you have sent the payment to me, I guarantee you will get these tickets within 24-48 hours of payment because I use the express service for FedEx from my company account. I was leary and suspicious and told him so via email.  He tried to reassure me he was a huge KISS fan and went so far as to attach a pic of some man with Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed!  I still didn't believe it so I said, send me the tickets and I'll send you the money.  He got nasty after that.  Last email I got he said:  "your gonna go down b*tch like the Titanic :) 
 watch this.."

After doing some checking on the name "Adam Mason" .. he seemed to be this Shaun Nixon guy from Hamilton, who was arrested for ripping people off in this manner.  I took his "threat" seriously (he had my name and address), and filed a report with Crime Stoppers as well as my local police department.  I put up a warning ad on Craigslist too.  What I don't get is..if he was arrested, is this him doing it again?  Or, does he have someone doing it 'for' him.  In any case.. if anyone sees an "Adam Mason' selling stuff on Craigslist..DONT fall for it!
