Shawnee Auto Center charged me for over twice the amount of time the job actually took (at $95 an hour). When I inquired about it the "gentleman" ringing me up immediately became loud and confrontational. He said that this is how they make their money. I understand that shops need to make moeny but I expect them to be fare and honest about what they charge.
