Shay Greenberg is a scammer. Austin Auto Assistance should be out of business. We went there from a friend I used to work with and one of Shay's relatives. He said I know times are hard so we'll do the best we can...blah blah blah like the only time he was motivated enough to speak with someone when he was making a sure sale. He hired two mexicans one old hag named Victoria and another douch bag daniel. We were told they were trying to repo it for being 16 DAYS LATE. after having our payments taken off our debit card we didn't know what had happend. They took $250 which i'm sure victoria put straight in to her pocket. She never tried resolving our issues and hung up on us several times when we were asking why didnt they give us til 12pm Saturday to get up there like they said they would? she's a lying mexican you can fill in the blanks. no one speaks english except for shay who doesnt seem to do any work anyways. after leaving countless messages and selling our xbox to come up with the last $100 at the last minute THEY STILL TOWED IT THE NEXT DAY. And now this lying black @$$h0l3 is telling us $3000 and its yours. Screw off SHAY GREENBERG AND HIS PETS VICTORIA AND DANIEL ARE LYING SCHEMING not even considered sales people in my book but SHAY IS SCAMMER. I want to see this POS business go out. They don't clean out or fix the cars when they try to resell them. We walked in with almost $700 and the best they could do was a 99 ford f150 that literally fell apart as we were driving it. 100K miles when we got and they're going to resell it with over 200K miles on it and so many other problems.
