I like to check out random salon in the city. This was my first time in the salon as I had set up an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes (they had an extra person to help me when I walked in). After I was there I told the manager as she is the one who does the waxing that I wanted my eyebrows done a certain way and I guess she didn't understand me at that point, she messed up my eyebrows.

Than I got my hair colored (my hair color is messed up as well), the lady who was suppose to wash my hair didn't ask me if the water temperature was alright or not, on top of that she kept on putting water in my ear, (not a pleasant feeling when a person has a ear infection)I told her in a nice mannerful way not to do so but she still keeps on putting the water in my ear. Now I am mad.

I had a very important appointment to go to so I assumed that 2 hours should be more than enough. But now i was running a bit behind, I told the lady to cut my hair within 10 minutes or so, instead of saying anything she just runs back to her manager. The manager comes to me and asks me what the problem was and I said that I have to be somewhere and I have to get going. She said ok, with my hair dripping wet I had to leave.

This is not how I was expecting to be treated. While I was leaving the Manager made a comment that I should learn to wait. Wait for 30 minutes, its not like I was a walk in client.

I will never go to his place ever and I am going to make sure that everyone know how unprofessional they are.
