Courtney Malloy is a racial SOB, he also charges easycare warranty for repairs made on warranty vehicles and then po5 or po7 the repair for Ford Motor Company to pay for but Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights has to pay nothing.

Also Courtney Malloy has wrongfully fired me due to performance, but then how can one get fired for these issues when all of the test to improve my skills were taken buy the one and only Courtney Malloy.....sounds to me like someone else (Courtney Malloy) needs to loose his job as well for fraud and misconduct....we will have to wait and see :)

If what you say is true regarding double dipping on both Ford warranty and Easycare is true, and your have some real details or examples to back your claims, than Ford Motor would love to hear from you. This is especially true since Easycare is owned by Apco, which is owned by Ford. So Ford is actually paying twice for the same repair.
