Sheila Willborn or Protor of Sheila's Baby Doll Yorkies. Scammed and Lied. Posing as a Pet Buyer for months to Obtain Yorkies to use in her breeding Program. I was given the Name and email of Sheila Protor or Proctor, when Sheila Willborn is what is listed on her website. After months the truth came out!  Never been so shocked and just in disbelief of how someone could go to such great lenghts with such a LIE!!!!

Sheila came to me in the Summer of 2013 saying she was a Groomer from Georgia and had of recent lost her little 2 pound Yorkie, Muffie.  She was in search for a puppy to replace the little Yorkie she had lost.  She told me she only had the 2 Yorkies.  I am a very small hobby breeder and only had 1 little male that was going to become available in a few months.  Sheila told me she did not want a small dog again, something a little larger.

I told her the little male I had that would be available was charting at the time to be 4 lbs or so and she stated that would be perfect!  She befriended me for months, calling several times and texting weekly until the puppy was ready.....still no mention from her of being a breeder.  I made it very clear I did not sell to breeding homes. It is also listed very boldly on my website. After taking her puppy home Sheila still never told me she was a breeder.  Talked about her grooming business.  I had a new litter with a very tiny little female and Sheila wanted the little girl.....I hold my puppies until at least 16 weeks old.  The entire 4 months she was waiting to pick up her second little baby...still not word of her being a  breeder, with hours, days and months spent on the phone.  I made her many special pictures, even spent hours getting her updates, and doing special potraits of the 2 Yorkies she would have gotten from me.  She constantly was telling me how good and honest I had been with her.  Which I totally had went out of my way to help her in any way that I could, as I know how it feels to loose a Pet you love dearly.

Finally after a 9 month relationship with Sheila, and her now having not 1 but 2 of my babies in her home. I had posted pictures all over my website of her with the Yorkies......I receive an email from someone in her hometown telling me she was A BREEDER AND HAD BEEN LYING AND BEFRIENDING ME TO GET MY DOGS TO USE FOR HER BREEDING PROGRAM!  I WAS IN TOTAL DISBELIEF!!!!  THE WOMAN I HAD KNOWN FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND HAD EARNED MY TRUST!!  The person that sent the email sent me a link to her website and THERE SHE WAS!!  In my 12 years of breeding I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN!  It physically made me sick.  Could feel the blood drain our of my face.  This betrayal hurt me deeply.  I called Sheila and she admitted after 9 months she was infact a breeder.  I told her she signed a very strict contract and she would need to get the dogs altered.

Needless to say this has turned into a nightmare.  It was never her intention to get the dogs altered.  She has told me that Noah is going to be a Daddy!  This is truly sickening.  I do not know how a person could do this sort of thing and live a lie and be so very dishonest and then be nasty about it!   Please BUYERS, READERS BEWARE. IF SHEILA IS CABABLE OF GOING TO THESE LENGTHS, THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES FOR NOT ONLY HER BREEDING ETHICS BUT HER CHARACTER AS A PERSON.  PLEASE BEWARE AND IF BUYING A PUPPY FROM SHEILA'S BABY DOLL YORKIES!  IF THE SIRE IS NOAH, THAT BABY WAS SOLD STRICTLY AS A PET AND NOT TO BE BRED.  ALSO NOEL THE FEMALE. SHEILA IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!  Take it from someone who unfort. has had to learn the hard way. Much of her conduct I will not disclose, JUST BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Puppy Mill Busted

AUTHOR: Clare - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, July 21, 2018

A Post woman has been accused of running a puppy mill, leaving sixty dogs neglected. A warrant identifies Shelia Proctor as the owner of these animals. There were sixty dogs, and the condition of the home were labeled as unbearable by Sheriff Deputies. "It was so bad when we got into the house that when the Animal Rescue Center and the Animal Control guy had to wear masks and use gloves," Sheriff Morgan said. "I saw feces and urine all over the floor. The dogs that came to me were sliding across the floor," Sheriff Morgan said. Two of the animals died, and others were injured." The dogs were in the home completely turned loose. They weren't caged. Some had tumors, some had babies. We found one baby dying. Those who survived, came a long way. Deputies report Proctor transported the animals in a small mobile home with no air conditioning for the 22-hour drive. The owner of the animals wasn't at home when officials arrived so she has yet to be arrested. Sheriff Morgan said they are pursuing animal cruelty charges against the owner. All of the dogs were removed and are currently in custody of both the city of Post and Garza County.

The Woman who filed this report against Sheila, sounds like she may have sold a prize dog, by mistake, now wants him Back. I have seen the the dog in question. Stunning! I must state, I have known Sheila for 5 years, and also own 2 from which I purchased from her. The two I have from her are Beautiful. Never, have I seen her home a mess, or babies not taking care of. She has been doing this probably longer, than this complaintant has been alive! I know the story, and I know Sheila! In this line of business, there is a lot of greed, jealousy, and back stabbing! I truly believe this is the case. Unless you know Sheila like I do, don't believe a word of that crap!!!!!!!

Sheila's Babydoll Yorkies

AUTHOR: LuvmyYorkies Monica - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, August 12, 2014

Sheila Willborn is one of the best breeders of Yorkies I know.  I am a small hobby breeder of yorkies and i bought my first yorkie from Sheila over a year ago.  I was very impressed with her yorkies and how well maintained they all were.  She had a special room just for Mothers and babies to keep them safe.  All of the Yorkies in her home were in full coat and just as cute as could be.  I felt very comfortable buying my first parti yorkie from her after what I saw.  I kept in contact with her over the year and I recently bought 2 more parti yorkies from her. She gives a lifetime guarantee on her yorkies which is outstanding.  I am very happy with my puppies from her and have recommended her to  other buyers which are very happy with her also.  I don't know why this person would write what she did about Sheila but it is not completely true. She should be happy Sheila has her puppies in her home because they couldn't be in a better place.   It is not bad for a breeder to want to buy a puppy just to be a pet.  Can breeders not have pets?  One thing I know for a fact, she does not have 50 dogs and she does not have any of her yorkies in cages.  If she had, I would not have bought from her.  I am writing this because I hate to see a great breeder's name slandered.
