Buyers Beware - the owner, Bernie, will act like you are her friend and then she comes in for the kill.   I was charged ridiculous and unspeakable restocking and shipping fees for three ceiling fans.  I decided after I ordered the three fans, i didn't want the lightinng kits.  I had ordered them and they were on back order for over a month.  All of a sudden they were in transit the day after I called to cancel.  Also, I order two sets of additional blades because I wanted to match my furniture.   Everything was paid for in full via check.  She only accepts cash or checks.  There's a reason for this - so she can rip you off.  She told me I would have to pay shipping to the store and return shipping to the company and then reshipping to the store for the fans.  It all made no sense.  I was then told the blades were discontinued after I hung the fans.  So I ended up with two fans that don't match my furniture.  When I went in for my refund after several attempts (she was always busy with appts????) it turned out I owed her money.  She kept the full amount of the cost of the lighting kits and had the nerve to charge me for blades that were discontinued.  She is the shrewded businesswoman I ever met.  She's out to get anyone she can.  Don't trust her or deal with her.  You will be sorry.
