Shellie Van Lines is the biggest ripoff.  Should have looked them up before using, they have a lot of complaints with the BBB. 

When calling they say they charge a flat rate of $75.00 an hour NO minimum number of hours, everything included. Three different people at this co told us it was per hour no additional charges.   Took them 2 hours to move from one location to another not even 1 mile away and they charged $865., saying there is a minimum of 5 hours and then charged for going up to the 2nd floor and packing a TV.  They do not tell you this until they load everything on their truck and then if you don't pay they take your stuff to storage. 

Filing a complaint with BBB and small claims court.  Also left several messages for the owner to call me with no return call.  They also left empty boxes that were used for the previous customer in front of the house they picked our stuff up from.  Terrible service, terrible attitude, and it seems they pay their employees to lie.  They also said they sent an email stating there was a minimum of 5 hours which was never received, called back after moving asking to forward the email, still haven't received it.
