Complaint Review: Shelly's Buttons and More
Online purchase made Jan 30th 2010. Feb 16th order not received so first email sent enquiring about the order.
Feb 17th received a response that parcel was shiped Feb 12th.
Feb 27th again I email to say poarel still has not arrived and request tracking information to start a trace. No response.
March 3rd newsletter arrives from company so I email again requesting information. No response.
Complaint filed with Maryland Better Business Bureau. Again tried to contact the company to get information and ask for someone to have the courtesy to respond to my email.
March 11th I received an email saying package was shipped February 24th, 12 days after they had shipped it the first time supposedly!
Credit card was billed February 26th. Now almost end of June I still don't have the package and all my attempts to get a response from this company are being ignored. They have my money, but will do nothing to help me locate the parcel they say they have sent out. They cannot, or will not, provide proof of mailing.
