I paid $ 133.75 for this one day canopy. I called this company this morning and all they offer is replacement parts for a canopy that should not be advertised for outdoor use. And the parts would cost me at least $ 50 MORE!! Im sure it would be wonderful for indoor use, but who needs a 10' X 20' canopy for INDOORS?? I could have built a wooden shelter for that price or rented a canopy if I only needed it for ONE day.
This is the email I TRIED to send to Shelter Logic to complain after my call to customer service this morning. It keeps getting return saying "DELIVERY FAILURE" Apparently they get a lot of complaints and turned off the email at customer service too.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I just wanted to send an email to your company to let you know how disappointed I am in the FIRST and LAST product I will ever purchase with the Shelter Logic name on it. I purchased this shelter on Friday 6/26/09 and put it together (once I had help) on 07/01/09 . I realized the anchors were not adequate so I planned on purchasing the auger anchor kit from Tractor Supply on Friday but in the meantime I anchored with the provided anchors and added some of my own until I buy the additional anchor kit. I came home this morning and the canopy was torn down. There was some light rain at my home and slight wind but nothing to get excited about or I would have expected it to have been damaged. This shelter CLEARLY is NOT adequete for outdoor use. I called customer service this morning and was informed I could PURCHASE replacement parts for my now bent parts but that was my only option. So I can keep buying replacement parts every time a breeze blows or trash the shelter and become another victim for buying it in the first place. Its a WIN-WIN for your company, we the consumer buy the initial product then have to buy the replacement parts because it was a piece of crap from day one. SPEND SPEND SPEND. Its just not fair. I will pass my disgust to ANYONE to ever asks about your products ever again and everywhere I can find that offers a customer review will hear this story too.

Disgusted Customer,
