Lael Alexander presented himself as a phone manufacturer and the CEO of Siecom a chinese company however he was just an independent sales representative. He used several company names (Noitavonne Inc., Siecom Communications, and Noitavonne Instruments) to collect business and personal information and embezzelled us out of $282,463.22 over the course of 4 months. He is a scam artist running fraudulent businesses. Beware of Mr. Lael Alexander or anyone representing these company names. He did not follow through with agreements made nor provide valid documentation.

We Shenzhen Noitavonne Electronical and Technology Co.Ltd (Chinese name: 深圳市翰沃德科技有é™å…¬å¸ï¼‰ located in Nanshan, Shenzhen,China that a professional factory for doing tablets, smart phone and smart home products. It was really shocked that read this rip-off report noticed by our customer. The truth is we are also one of the sufferer of Lael Alexander's false information. Here is our story with him. And hope you all won't mix up "Shenzhen Noitavonne" & "Noitavonne Inc".
We met him in CES exhibition on Jan 2014 in his booth, at that time our English company name is: "Shenzhen John Word Electronical and Technology Co.Ltd". He pretended that he is a big boss and owns a lot of company, like the Noit Siecon. He visited our factory in Feb 2014 for talking cooperation(that's why we changed the English company name): for example: asked us to offer 2pcs production line for free to their Houston office which finally proved that there is no any office to accept cargos, finally we had to ask our forwarder to destory cargos for avoiding other big lost; asked us to offer tablets samples and said there would be big orders, finally proved that no any order; asked us to be responsible for all the charge of him and his colleague in Shenzhen; asked us to offer profit of those orders placed on 2013; Even ask our boss lent money to him for his flight from USA to China, etc. But when we got a big order and need a lot of working fund, he just disappeared and did nothing for his duty of a cooperator. Our cooperation was terminated on Aug 2014 after we tried to many times to contact with him and never no response.
Summary as following: He pretened as a big boss to talk cooperation with you and ask you to offer a lot of money, materials, workers for him and did nothing for his own duty.
Pls don't trust Lael Alexander if he wants to talk cooperation with you.
