Sheridan Auto - Doug Warner ripoff, terrible customer service, did not do what was told to on repairs Council BLuffs Iowa

After corresponmding by email, and giving them a chance since they gave me a coupon to do business with them, I relented and took my car in. We usually do all our own mechanic work, but with the extreme cold and holidays, we wanted to get an oil change before I went back to work this week.

I get there to pick up the car after I personally filled out the envelope that said tune up and oil change... and find all they did was change 4 spark plugs for 79.95 and then checked my battery!!! I JUST BOUGHT IT YESTERDAY IT DID NOT NEED TO BE CHECKED. THEY CHECKED MY TIRES I BOUGHT A FEW MONTHS BACK AND NONE OF THAT WAS TO BE DONE.

WHEN I FOUND OUT THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE OIL THE ENTIRE REASON I dropped it off in the night to be done right away, and be without a car for a day, I was livid. The guy (Douglas) was rude and I think because I had a coupon!!! he sent me a nasty email that said they were not a SATURN dealer... I guess I should have known!!!! DUH HERE"S YOUR SIGN!

I called up the GM and I was so livid I could not talk and my husband spoke with Brad and he offered to do the oil change tomarrow. SO ANOTHER DAY NO CAR AND TAKING MY WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY TIME UP!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so grateful my husband is a mechanic and I will NEVER EVER take my 5 cars to them or in fact any body else to do work we can do our selves!!!! Doug acted like I was ignorant and did not know about the battery!! WE just rebuilt 2 motors 351M down to the block and all new parts. I am sure they cannot do that as fast and efficient as we did!!!!!!!!!!
