Sheridan Labs Equinox Day/Night Cream Equinox Day & Night Cream Nationwide

There was a TV advertisement about equinox Day & Night Cream. I responded online to order samples. At the time my computer froze and I consequently phoned in the order for the advertised price of $4.95. It was complete and the order mailed out to me. In about 30 days I received my bank statement for the charge of $200. I was livid and called my bank. They in turn reimbursed the funds to me and did an investigation of the charge. I later received notice from the bank that the charge which I did not agree to was legitimate. They said "you clicked on terms which were in agreement." When I explained that I did NOT click on it due to my computer freeze and a phone call. My bank ultimately reported me to checkfax and I am on the report for 7 years. I am now unable to use checks or secure new services with any bank due to this. The small sample bottles were advertised on TV and I never dreamed I would be scammed in this manner. I believe now that the bank was in on the scam due to the fact they took this course of action and refused any resolution with me. I have since seen the banks name mentioned in numerous complaints.
