Attended a travel club presentation at and for Roark Travel Network September 15, 2005. The presentor, Jeff Barber, had all of the attendies 'going to h**l' and had all of us looking forward to the trip. He told everything but truthful examples of the savings.
They have a (3) day escape clause, but an undisclosed waiting time for your 'Gold Key' to arrive with the real ugly truth.
After seeing there were no savings, I contacted the customer service manager Lingell Johnson. I was told I was not getting my money back and enjoy my Travel Club.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Missori, the MMO AGO, and my card companies. Every one has a long list on The Shepard of the Hills Entertainment Group, but not enough to get them in court.
The controller of the 'Group' has offered to return my money if I will sign their "Gag ordewr" and not say anything bad about The Shepard of the Hills Entertainment Group.
I'm free to tell the world about Roark, I bit the bullet on $8000, but HELLO WORLD here they are.
