I would like for Michelle Sainz to retract all her lies on Carter's Cutie's . Michelle got mad because I gave a dog away to be neutered for a pet rather than have her toy with us over this dog and any AKC dog can be traced to it parents by DNA Michelle . DNA will prove the parents and if the dog was a Shihtzu or NOT PURE bred .

We have never been suspended from AKC as Michelle claimed . There is a suspension list with AKC for the public to view. We have never been suspended from CKC either. We have the right to pick and chose the best homes for our pups. We have the right to sell AKC limited, AKC Full breeding rights , CKC registered or No papers at all . We have the right to turn anyone down if they become a problem for us or not a good home for our pups and that is what happened with Michelle Sainz. Michelle has been a major problem for us .

We are small and do a honest ethical business. If there was such people out there that I ripped off I would have been taken to small claims court also. If my dogs were half dead as the person behind these false post claim I would be investigated by local law enforcement or animal control. I would be arrested for animal curtly or sued by puppy buyers if I did as Michelle claims under her false names.

Michelle Sainz has stepped into the breeding world and has tried to start a breeder war with all breeders . If you look at all these post under Arkansas post on the Craig's and Empress all done by Michelle . Nebraska post under Empress all done by Michelle and her fake names , Missouri post under Shawn & Mary Goodwin as Sherry again, Alabama post on Carter' Cutie's many fake names . Texas post under Darci and used the name Sherry again . Michelle has used her real name also . I have had breeders contact me telling me that Michelle Sainz called or emailed them telling them that we Carter's Cutie's slandered them or said their place was nasty . These breeders knew Michelle was telling lies because the breeders did not even know me and I had never been to their home. Michelle has edited emails also as anyone can do or copy and paste. Michelle has contacted some of our puppy buyers to only Slander and edit our emails to try and make them mad at us .

Michelle has tried to pull many breeders into her breeder war . Michelle you have turned on everyone and this needs to end . You started this and you need to be the one ending it in the right way. This site is for people that have been ripped off . You have used the site to hurt many breeders by posting lies in four states under many fake names . It's sad this site allows people to post lies under many fake names then only to hide and use another fake name . I never took any money from Michelle Sainz , never sold her a dog , and never done any business with Michelle . There was no reason for you to go crazy on me as you have and with many others.

I was told to post on this site when I got ripped off with the red Mange dog that is on my puppy mill info page . I really wish I had never heard of this site because any one can post lies under fake names and I did not realize this at the time I made my first post because I was ripped off. Then the people that ripped me off started posting lies on me . Well Michelle jumped in on that post also under fake names . Michelle you have taken over my first name and you need to stop using my name .

You need to retract all the lies you posted under all your real and fake names on all of us in all states. The main thing is for every breeder to have happy buyers. Do a honest ethical business and it won't break you to replace a puppy . I stand 100 % behind what I do in life and care if something happens to my babies or my buyers. Now that's good business ! and everyone should feel the same . It hurts to lose a pet , the money for the pet and the vet bills so put your self in the buyers shoes . You are right about what you said about her. You'll never get your money back. Look at her web site. That is also misleading, she doesn't live there. Those pictures are from some other place she lived. she moves so much. Her poor dogs are ginny pigs. she trys to cure them herself, if not, throw them in the freezer, and if that don't work off the the rescue.
As far as AKC goes, she'll give you papers, just whos is another story, she's been heard to say she can get papers.
She needs to be shut down. and that little white sleeveless jacket put on her and get some much needed mental help. OR better yet, put behind bars for all her wrong doings. It seems to be a family thing too.
