Some advice to people who post rebuttals, please find out all of the facts before you post, as you may end up looking foolish if you do not.

There was not one thing in the original post that is untrue. If there is something that is untrue, please feel free to point it out and I will check into it. You sir, are obviously a close personal friend of the name changing company, otherwise you would not have chosen to attack me personally.

I work for CTL Monitors?? Hardly. I suggest you do some research and find out if what you are saying is true before posting. However since it appears you are very fond of this company and/or a good friend of theirs, I doubt the facts of this matter would appeal to you so I won't waste anymore of my time responding to your comments.

I don't know anything about CTL but I worked for S&K and I'm still a loyal customer.

I think they are the only computer wholesaler in Denver worth beans! All the other suppliers in Denver are fly-by-night and their customer service stinks.

S&K has been around longer than any of the others. That says a lot.

I don't know exactly why they changed their name. As long as they keep doing the same business I'll keep doing business with them.

Oh, by the way I searched Denver Court records online and there were no outstanding judgements agains S&K. Don't know what this guys beef is.

I have been a customer of S&K/Shift Wholesale for many years. They have always treated me fairly and honestly, sometimes going above and beyond to make a customer happy.

This original comment came from CTL Monitors.(Note the author is in Portland Oregon - CTL's home office.) They had a business relationship with S&K when they were in Denver. They closed their Denver operations and the relationship went sour.

I talked to Scott L. about this article and he explained the above. The comments are apparently defaming and slanderous. They won't even take responsibility for their comments - obviously lying about their location.

I have personally had problems getting my CTL monitor replaced under warranty. What Scott L. said in his newsletter is true. CTL is not living up to their "No Hassle" warranty.

Come on CTL! Grow up and treat your customers with respect. S&K/Shift Wholesale always has. Speaking from experience, what Scott L. said is true.
