ShimmerShine alldayincorporated I ordered a pair of mother/daughter dresses on October 4, 2016. I have yet to receive them. I have been in communication with Shaquille. On Jan. 11 he claimed he recently took over the company and would take care of the order. Internet
I ordered mother/daughter dresses on October4, 2016. It is now March19, 2017. I have not received them. I have been in contact with the company. Here is the response I received on January 11, 2017:
I'm shaquille I'm the owner of this store I'm making changes for the better and I had to let go of my last management and staff. Because lack of communication and service so I insure you things will. Change for the better sorry you had to deal with this . So your order is on me please come back to us on the future and I promise this won't happen again . Since I have no staff anymore please bare with me. First Step: Refund All Customers Who Have Been Waiting Months For Their Order. Second Step: Send Out All The Refund Orders. I'm only one man so please understand I have to take care of everyone and that takes time. You can always contact me personally at firstname.lastname@example.org
