Shine Time Auto Detailing Total Rip Off Mississauga, Ontario

I purchased 2 vouchers for card detailing from Shine time auto detailing on Kennedy Road in Brampton.  The purchase was made on September 16, 2011 and the voucher is good until September 23, 2012. 

We called to make an appointment 6 weeks ago for Thursday, August 16th at 1 pm to detail one of the cars. We confirmed the appointment. Once we got there, there was one person working on a car and he told us that we needed to leave the car there and he would try to get to it by 6 pm that evening.  We called the number and spoke to someone (I think the owner) and he told us that they were really busy that day.  We asked if we could book for Saturday at 10 am.  He also mentioned that we needed to pay the taxes amounting to $24.00 which is almost the cost of the deal.  When we told him that it said the taxes were included in the deal voucher, he told us they were not but he would give us a deal on the taxes.  What a fraud! We left it at that and were very disappointed that our valuable time was wasted that day.

We showed up at 9:50 on Saturday, August 18th as scheduled.  There was no one there and we waited.  The person who operated the Coin Op came to us and told us that they are never here on Saturday and has never seen them open up on Saturdays.  We called and left a voice mail since we could not reach anyone.  At 10:05 am we left.

This place is unprofessional and does not seem to care about customers.  I am angry and upset that I used up my time.  I had to reschedule appointments to be able to get there and get the car detailed.  In addition, I had to have my
husband follow me with his car so that I could leave mine there to be done.  

What kind of outfit is this?  I have purchased several deals from Wag Jag and others and have been satisfied in general.  Except for the overbooking in some cases, the service has been good and I am using some of these places again.  This one, never.   I am requesting a refund for both the vouchers.
