We sold the kitten have has health guarantee. Who bought our kitty. If somthing happened. We gave the other new kitty to the buyers.

A lot thing is not belong to my kitten health guarantee. But I saw the buyer lost their kitty the painful. I gave them a free one new kitty.

I understand how painful their heart of lost their lovable kitty. That is I am have has bad experienced of I purchased breeder kittens. The seller sold seroius diseases breeder kittens to me and cheat me. I lost a lot of money for medical treatment them, and lost kittens. No once seller give me a kitty hair. None.

In the 2019 Oct. Boston a buyer spends the $650 bought my a white Persian, 3 month old kitty. After one month. the kitty die new home of FELV.

My cattery got State " Police Animal Health Conrol" & " MSPCA" came check and repeat tested my home all cats FIV/FELV of the 3 month. My cats was negative and by paper works released my cattery.

After it. I gave the buyer a new Persian white kitty.

In the 2015 Dec Christmas. I shipped a female kitty to Michigan. The kitty in the shipping and got a cold. Buyer no medications to her treatment. After 3 days. Buyer said her got recovered and everything was fine. Who knows. After one month. The kitty stomach slowly grow. After 2 month she got a feline FIP and a euthanasia.

Corona virus is FIP killers. Conrona virus is works at inmmunity weaks the bodies. If a small diseas no go to treatment. Bacerium will conplication the bad viruses works togehter. Coronavirus will in the animals internal organs makes a lot serious problems and diseases. Include human.

We will ensured our breed cats none FIP. We brought the all cats to animal hospital checked again. Because. Everyyear. our cats be go to animal hospital examine their body health and get a Rabies shot. Our cats no bad viruses occur in my cattery. We are keep the place very nice clean and everyday hard works for them. Keep them healthy. Nutritions and house offer disinfect for everything. If who get a small sick. We very quickly bring the her/him to visit animal hospital for check out and medications.

I fast checked Dragon King parents in the Nov 17- Dec 4th. They are report none a genetic defect heart murmur. His father Echo Cardiac report is a perfect heart. His mother 2 report none a heart murmur.

I only confirmed the Dragon King Non a genetic defect heart disease.

* Dragon King is high blood pressure 180 beats with complication and caused his heart problems. because his heart mitral valve dysplasia. Is who caused his stress? The stress killed him.

* Dragon King live the Heddy home 8 month. That Heddy doesn't use him any more. She neutered him and checked 2 times in NH animal hospital, and got 2 times health report. When. Heddy resold him to the Washington DC a pet home. Heddy with her buyer has a pet sale contract. After 2 weeks. Dragon King in his pet home got sick.

* Heddy wanted me refund her money. I very clearly right here say: No. Dragon King is a neutered pet. Not a breeder cat. Heddy's a lottery broken. No won!

* Heddy buyer wabted her refund money. That is their thing.

* I proved Dragon King parents none a genetic defect heart disease. The report is from different animal hospitals.

I same for this case spend $700.

I love my cats. My cats is my love. I sold my cats and kittens money, all spends in their live/life and medical treatment. The money is no enough for cats.

I same got a lot bad and unluck things for purcased breeder cats and kittens, in the American catteries. Nobody refund me a cat a hair. I supply all sick cats medical treatment fees. That is a lot and a lot!!!

My things that is animal hospitals doctors and God known !!! I do not lie.

Yes, I did take the cat to the veterinarian for health check, 2 times and got a good report, however H C M can only be diagnosed by an Echo Cardiogram, which the current owner had done, due to her Veterinarian detecting a heart murmur during his routine exam. My veterinarian apparently missed the heart murmur. The results of that Echo Cardiogram has been posted in original post. I paid $1000 for a healthy breeding cat, which showed up healthy during vet checks,but then the defect Heart condition calied Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy was diagnosed after the cat was sold to another person During a routine check up. Therefore I was not sold a healthy breeding cat ,You don't breed cats with known heart issues !  I sold him for $500 as a neutered pet. That left me with a loss of $500 to start with, then the neutering another $200. I was contacted by the present buyer informing me of the H C M in the cat ,I was presented a Echo Cardiogram report from a specialist confirming the heart condition in the cat . She asked for her money back because of this ,to date, I have refunded one half of her purchase price $250 . I still need to refund another $250. After I do that I will be out over $1700 ,for this cat I will refund the purchase price in full to my buyer because it is the ethical,and right thing to Do ! Hence , I feel the right thing for Angela of Shiningcats to do is refund me my purchase price of $1000 ! She refuses on the grounds of me having two good,health checks from my veterinarian On this cat ! Well HCM cannot be detected by a physical examination ! There needs to be a Echo Cardiogram done to know whether it is present in a cat at that time. Angela, has said she wants the cat back, the cat is now in a forever loving home with someone committed to providing him with whatever her needs to keep,this condition under control. This cat deserves the home he is now in. This condition is usually heriditary ! We should not be breeding cats with this condition ! Am  I angry ? Yes, as I am sure anyone would be if they were in my place. if I got a cat with a heart,condition ,perhaps others have also ! 

Dragon King was sold to the Pinkatz Cattery NH. In April 4th 2014. He was almost 2 years old and healthy.

I with Heddy no a sale contract and herself requests a cheap price for $1000/breeder. I saw the friend and gave the her. I sent her about $200  of Royal Canin dry food for her cats to eat.

I face to face with Heddy told very clearly that the cat since her received/arrived her home. She be before the 3 days for check Dragon King healthy. If the Dragon King has any serious problems. Heddy be before the 5 days return the Dragon King back to me. I told Heddy. If she don't use Dragon King any more. Heddy be neutered him and play to pet home. Heddy answer the me.

After a week. Nobody called or emailed me. I called Heddy to prove Dragon King is or not healthy? Heddy told me Dragon King was well.

After one month I with Heddy met the CFA cat show in Concord NH. I asked about Dragon King again. Heddy same told me the Dragon King is fine. That was on May 3rd 2014.

Dragon King lived with Heddy together for 8 months in NH. Heddy wants to sale the Dragon King. She carried Dragon King to the local animal hospital and did a neuter. Heddy's local animal hospital no because Dragon King has genetic heart murmur. That was on Sept 25th 2014.

Dragon King have sold before. Heddy second time carried him went to the her local animal hospital to check his health in NH. her same doctor said no, Dragon King has a genetic heart murmur. And Dragon King have has a health certificate. Heddy for $500/pet and sold the Dragon King to the Washington DC pet home.

Heddy with her buyer has a "Cat for sale agreement" And both has signatures.

Dragon King from I sold him to Heddy and lives her home 8 month.  Heddy sold Dragon King before and all checked and no problems. That by her local animal hospital result paper works proved in NH.

Why need I refund Heddy money??? What is honest??? What is ethics ???

Animals outburst diseases is no body can guarantee off. Dragon King is 2 years & 7 month old now. Bad luck anyone have has.

How do I terror and care for in this case? You known. BLack Pearl went to the 2 different anamal hospital and did Echo Cardiac too. The report came back. He none a genetic heart murmur and heart tested is perfect. HCM is negative.
