A payment was forwarded to Mr.Bhadra in November 2015 about the purhcase of accessories for stringed musical instruments.
Mr Bhadra never shipped the itmes and when prompted about a resolution forwarded to us a picture of his wedding meaning I'm enjoyig your money screw you...
A current legal action is going against his company in India and we reported him to the Police.
Do not buy musical instrumenst accessories from this person or company you will never see your money back or items!
Shiv International makes pegs in Ebony for musical instruments, fingerboards......for violins, cellos,violas.
he s a very arrogant person to deal with and constantly changing his mind.

Mr.Bhadra;
as I explained to you Ripoff.com is not giving the chance to people to have their comments or reports removed.
In November 2015 we paid you a certain amount of money and you vanished for about 2 years without any respect for us.You did this because you thought we were so far away and there was no way for us to collect our money.
After an exhausting legal action against you and your company we were finally able to recover all our money, You had a person who wanted to help you out nad he paid us back.
from our point of view the situation is closed after 2 years our money Plus the legal expenses were returned to us.
You re constantly asking me to remove this report and I cannot do this, Ripoff.com has is own policies so you have to tlk with them, by the way is not like you returned the money in a spontanous way, we had to use the force and a good lawyer to get our money back because the itmes were not shipped after 2 years!
If you wan to be so nice remova that picture you posted which is not reporting my name and makes no sense, you re showing ona pubblic space important and senisble infomration about a person!
This bank account can be hacked or used by people and is a shame what you re doing.
Please stop bothering all of us, we almost sued you and weve got our money back.

After a legal action conducted by our lawyer in Kolkata our money was recovered with all the legal expenses,
the owner of the company at the end accepted our request and the money he was holding from November 2015
was finally paid to my company last monday 13-02-2017.
We obviously had our problem solved using a law studio so I m considering the story closed.
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
