Shiva Transport Late in pick up-double charged-will not pay for stolen and broken furniture Hollywood Florida

Shiva was late in picking up my belongings, I had to travel and my brother stayed as long as he could before leaving the country. They double packed which added boxes and weight, charged me double. They were a week late in pick up. Delivered at night in the freezing cold to a storage facility. Even though I resereved the right to damages at a later date their insurance company Anthem (joke) accepted my claim, then stated they did not have my claim, then decided to expidte my claim only to deny my claim.

I advised Shiva I wanted to file Arbitration, they sent me the forms only to call me and deny Arbitration and to call me a liar. So My computer was stolen, my furniture some hand made are ruined and there is no recourse as they were kind enough to explain I would have to travel to Florida to file suit against them.
