I purchased a pair of juicy couture boots through this company via eBay. When the boots arrived to me one boot had a broken zipper. I contacted the seller and he agreed that the post never mentioned a broken zipper and agreed to refund me a portion of my money so I could have the boot fixed. He last contacted me asking for my paypal address for the refund and that was almost one month ago. In this time I have made over 40 attempts to contact him regarding the status of my refund. He has ignored my emails, texts, eBay messages, phone voice mails. Last week he picked up his phone and said he would have to look at his email and said he would do it that day... I have never heard back and still no refund..... It is unethical for him to do business this way and to treat his customers this way. I want everyone to know to stay away from his store on eBay. I was a satisfied customer until I went to actually wear the boots and found this damaged boot. For him to refuse to answer my calls or emails is a terrible way to retain business. I have never been mean to him and I would just like him to do the right thing and refund to me what we agreed upon.
