Shoe Nami 91 Shoe NamiFrock Candy Sells Defective Shoes and Refuses to take them Back Gretna Louisiana

 Purchased my first pair of shoes from this business and was pleased with them in the store. Wore them for the first time after purchase, and the entire sole of the wedge slid off from the rest of the shoe (within hours of putting them on). I went back to the store to request an exchange, and was told (before I even made it to the counter) that they would not be taking the shoe back, and that there was nothing that I could do. I requested the manager's information and left the store. I followed up with the manager (owner of the store) Ms. Dora, and she kindly informed me that unless the shoe that I purchased was already classified as an "defective" product by the manufacturer that they would not offer an exchange or refund. (It wouldn't be because I'd only purchased it off of the shelf less than a week ago) Was told that there was nothing that I could do and that I must have done something to the shoe to because it was not on the defect list.  Gave me the number to the manufacturer of the shoe and sent me on my way.
