I was sent the wrong item and repeated emails to customer service to get a return shipping label went ignored. I paid out of my own pocket to send the shoes back, and though I can see that they have received the package, I have not gotten a confirmation email, nor a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
