s****.> I ordered a pr of boots on Dec 25. After a week, i never received them or any notification that they were shipped. I sent 4 emails, left 1 voice mail & left numerous messages through their so-called online operators. I finally receieved 1 email stating that the order was lost & it was reordered & they would be sending me a tracking number the next day.

The next day came & no tracking number. Again, I sent them numerous emails inquiring about the boots I ordered. It has now been a week since I received the only email from them. I never received a tracking number as they had promised.

I have filed a complaint against them through the better business bureau & also through google, since I found their website using google as a search engine. I have also contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I wish I had done some searching on the web before ordering through them. No matter what, DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE!!!Use ---- which has a great track record (I didnt use them originally because they were out of the boot that I wanted).
The owner of the website is Elsie Vega. She is a thief, a liar & a major scam artist!!!!
