Shook & Stone Beware they don't stand by their word and change attorneys so they can say they don't see it here! Las Vegas Nevada

I hired Shook&Stone to represent my disability case, which they did and I won. They got $6000 for taking information I gave them only. They never got my medical records and when we appeared in court, the judge asked where is the medical records? My attorney said they tried but could not obtain them. Well to make a story short.

The Judge from California seen that I was disabled after talking to only me at the trial. I guess he figured my attorney knew only what I told her, since she had nothing to back up my claim. I asked him at the trial about the student loan, if I still would have to pay it since they kicked me out of school for my disabillity? THe Judge said I should not have to pay for a school I was getting As and Bs in and kicked me out because of my illness. My attorney stood up and said she would handle the paper work and give my a paper to give my doctor to sign.

Well this was in the end of 2010 so I thought she had taken care of it. I have MS plus numerous other problems and don't understand instructions. As of this month the monthly check I recieved was minus $175, which I knew they sent me paper work saying they was going to do this unless I had the paperwork to stop this from happening.

So I called for my lawyer and the guy timmothy told me my lawyers no longer worked there and the case was 3 1/2 years old and from what he read it said nothing about this.  He told me he cant take hear say, like I knew the turn around in lawyers where that bad at this company.  I thought it was taken care of really. He was rude, and was like we won your case and got our money so we throw our hands up with you now. case closed!!!!!                                 

So I asked him what I could do about this now, I can't afford them taking this money out each month, and he told me he didn't know, maybe get a lawyer!!!! REALLY!!!!!

 Please don't use these people they call lawyers, they act like they care when they think they are going to get your money but after the case is finished, so are they...
