 I had item online on eBay Taku Takeuchi bought it I sent him update on items making sure he still wanted them . He decided to cancel. All is well, I cancel. I update my items update shipping so that no problems come up again. Same guy buys again at a HIGHER PRICE! Why! This seems strange. I look at his account from first bid it's. A bit different the name is same but numbers are different. Then I checked his Address and that brought me here to where I find him very suspicious. I was sent an email doing to write tracking number down in email which seemed weird because they can look up tracking number through purchase on eBay. I had never been sent any form like it before. Also it said something like we get thousands of packages a day...almost setting up a problem before it starts. Suspicious thoughts started mounting. I thought why does he have 100% ratings on his eBay accounts all of them??? Then I remembered when it happened to me before I went to rate the buyer and the system by ebay is set up so we can't rate anyone who does a dispute. So he can dispute any amount of packages he wants as long as he wins eBay wont let people complain and rate them which is so wrong of ebay to do. I canceled my order with him, I am not taking the chance to be ripped off ,when something doesn't feel right I listen. I wouldn't do business with him. Send him anything make him sign for it. And make him pay for signing for it.
