Purchased Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures book and got more than I wanted. They sent Natural Cures Newletter with the book and stated if I would like to receive them do nothing and if I wised to cancel call customer service and I called and spoke with a Dana on 8-29-05 and guess what on 10-19-2005 they took $71.40 out of my account. I called and spoke with Sarah on 10-20-2005 and she said they would credit my account in 4-7 business days. I checked my account on 10-26-2005(4 business days) and still no refund. I call Natural Cures again and spoke with Yolanda 10-31-05 and she said it should be there by 11-4-05. So I called on 11-3-2005 and spoke with William he said credit had been done and it should have already been credit to my account, WELL guess what still no refund. William informed me that he would reissue the credit and it would take another 7-10 business days to recive to my account. I am tired of the run around. Also, the book did not have the recipes that I thought would be in the book and now they want me to join their web site for a fee, I don't think soo!!! Also, now they have all the natural cures in pill form for you to purchase. Kevin Trudeau should be charged with extortion.
