SHOP NBC NETWORK COMPUTER VISCOM V2 PREMIER is a ripoff. CHASKA, Minnesota

This shop NBC NetworkComp. Viscam- V2 Premier is the biggest rip-off. We have had out computer for 6 months and have had nothing but BIG problems. I was suppose to come with all programs installed, but not even half are installed. We cant use the printer-fax-scanner that came with the computer because it keeps giving us different errors. Like something not being installed.

When we call them for tech support we are on hold 20 minutes before they answer- and they always say you have to clal this other number- No one is taking the blame, then they send out a tech to replace our mother board and he did it twice and still problems werent fixed- then they wanted us to ship is back- we keep going around and around- they have no on-line tech support and we arent getting any help- there are programs we cant use nothing is compatable with xp- home system- now they tell me it is a software problem and i spoke to them monday they said they would have a tech call me within 2 days well this is almost the end of the 3rd days and they havent called us yet.

My husband has written them telling the company he s one pissed-off customer and they dont even call us back- what a really sorry company- I need these problems fixes and we need a tech. When we call they ask us do do all this stuff- Guess what news flash I AM NOT A TECH- So they need to resolve my issued after 6 months of troubles if has caused us many aggrivations and we are out 1700.00 and what do we have -A BIG NOTHING.....Please help
