www.shop-softs.com is a fraudulent, scam, company selling bootleg Adobe software (and others) at large discounts.

We ordered Adobe products and the items were shipped "free" as promised.  At first I thought it odd that a quality vendor would use Pay Pal as their payment vehicle vs. their own secure interface however, we dismissed it as more and more vendors seem to use Pay Pal as a source of payment for internet transactions.

The second odd occurance was that when the items arrived, the shipping lable was covered in chinese writing.  Their web site was obvioulsy designed to appear very "American".  However, when we went back and looked closer, there were typos on the website and some of the phrasing of sentence structures sounded very foreign when examined. 

The software arrived packaged in very "Adobe looking" packaging, however, when we opened the software, the disks were severly scratched and being familiar with the company we knew that Adobe would NEVER allow their products to be shipped out damaged.

Their web site offeres a guarantee 30 day return and we made repeated attempts to contact without any response.  However when we emailed them through Pay Pal's resolution dispute center, we received one inital response from an odd chinese sounding gmail address.  (that actual address that the only reply came from was chenquingshui02@gmail.com).  The person who replied never signed their name and the email was again riddled with horrible typos and awful English sentencing.  They told me to go ahead and install the software even though it was damaged.

Their website has no contact numbers and there is only reference to "Customer Service".  When customer I contacted PayPal and they were great and agreed to refund my money.   

Protect yourself and stay away from them.   Hopefully the feds will catch on to them soon.
