I bought an Infrared Heat Emitting Bulb from Shop the Coop and it did not work. I emailed them twice and called and left a message once. Never got a response.

One disgruntled customer, please contact us next time by email. Things sometimes do break during shipment and we are glad to replace anything that needs to be. We are hiring someone to answer th ephones, if anyone is interested I applying we will begin screening in September. Your email may have gone into spam, so you really need to watch when it comes to email and horrific accusations.

Please try a more professional way of handling things. We do not appreciate the threats and you making up lies and throwing them on the internet for a $30 item.

Please apologize, and or remove this ridiculous post.
