shop10top They sent the wrong camera, I returned the camera for replacement. No responce in 3 months Oakland California
I ordered a borescope camera for an I-phone on August 12th. I recieved an Android camera a few weeks later. I notified the company of there error. They requested that i return for a replacement, using a pre paid lable. I tried multiple times to print the lable not no results. I was only able to print a return lable, for which I had to pay $6.00 to return the camera. I retured the camera on September 29th. I have tried multiple times to contact the compont to check the status of my replacement order. I have had no responce at all for a 1 1/2 months. Very disapointed in the lack of responce and professionalism.
