Tried to bid on item 40 seconds before auction end (at TWICE the winning bid!). "Place Bid" pop up was foggy and would not accept my click. THE AUCTION WAS STILL ACTIVE. I called the seller (Goodwill Industries of Akron, OH) and talked to the online sales person. She told me to file a support ticket she would forward to the SGW techies in California. NO RESPONSE. I filed a request for instructions to lodge a formal complaint. NO RESPONSE. This tells me the techies are involved in rigging bids. Over the years I have spent well over $1,000.00 with them. They won't root out the thieves in their organization & provide no protocol for customers to complain. They stole my $307.77 bid https://www.shopgoodwill.com/Item/45554153
