shopgoodwill.com IS IT LEGAL TO OVERCHARGE FOR SHIPPING? Internet

How is it legal for a non for profit organization to charge 16 dollars for shipping, then an additional 2$ for handling?  For a pair of 8$ used shoes?  This organization used to be worth it for those that are underprivileged and could now afford things they ordinarily could not.  But now they take advantage and over charge for shipping and handling.  Go to the website and look at a light weight ring? 15 dollars for shipping plus 2 dollar handling.  Look up a women's blouse, there again 19 dollars for a shipping fee on top of handling and then the purchase of the blouse?  Come on folks? Is this not a racketeering in a sense?  organized crime to overcharge for shipping for someone to benefit?  It should be a crime it is on other sites to over charge for shipping costs.

Look^ that is for a $5.00 shirt??? How is this legal?  how could a long sleeve cotton size small female shirt cost 14.21? then charge a percentage of the item for someone to put it in a mailing package?  it should be done legally by weight as done with our postal system?  Correctly.  NOt randomly.
